Patient Experience (PX) and healthcare professionals are passionate experts. When passionate experts come together, they can do remarkable things. And when they come together in a community, they can MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Patient Experience has come far in the last two decades, yet we still have far to go towards creating the healthcare processes and outcomes we desire and our patients and loved ones deserve. Our voices and collective efforts are what's missing to achieve the change we desire.

PXC brings PX and healthcare professionals together in community. Drawing on our collective knowledge and skills, and with a shared passion for changing the healthcare experience.

Together, we will make a difference.

  • A private community platform and space to connect with other Patient Experience and healthcare professionals across the US. The digital space offers more than a discussion forum; it develops connections and relationships.

  • Community Connection calls to… well… connect! Have a question or need support? Your community is there for you. Want to say 'hello' and meet someone new? The Community Connection calls are perfect for this.

  • Special events focused on topics of interest to the members of the community. These events are free for PXC members.

  • A growing library of resources. Many of which are community created!

  • The ability to join peers in co-working cohorts to develop new content. You can showcase your contribution in the community, on LinkedIn, and in your resume.
