The PX Community (PXC) strives to reduce the barrier to tools and resource needed by those working to improve Patient Experience. Videos, such as those created by cohorts of PXC members, are shared on our public YouTube page and available for anyone to access and use. Additional content is shared on LinkedIn. The categories below enable your access to all of this content.
Content shared by PXC members, contributed in events, or created and gathered through other methods are available within the PXC digital space and to all PXC members. Join us to access this additional content and become a contributing member.
PXC Created Videos
Resources are created collaboratively within cohorts of four to six people. The community identifies a needed resource beneficial to the work of other PX professionals or the healthcare field as a whole, and individuals volunteer to join a cohort to create the resource. Often, these resources are videos for training, to prompt consideration of an idea, or to share knowledge.
Videos are shared on our public-facing YouTube site for anyone to use. Members of the cohort are gifted a version with their organization's branding for internal use.
